Apabila pelanggan berkata NO kpd anda,apa yang anda boleh lakukan???Ni antara beberapa teknik saya,dan pelanggan tersenyum apabila sy menggunakan teknik ini,dan saya telah berjaya membuatkan pelanggan keluar daripada perasaan tegang semasa membeli.hehehhehe...lihat gambar di bawah..
saya ambil 1 kertas kosong lalu menulis NO seperti yg pelanggan ucap tadi.......pelanggan yang berada di depan sy akan nampak dan baca sy tulis perkataan NO tadi dgn ON..sebab dia berada di depan saya...kekekekkek...dia akan sendri tersenyum apabila melihat kertas yang saya tulis...aikkkk...ON.....
